The much awaited Korean original thriller ‘Connect’ is now streaming all six episodes exclusively on Disney+ following enthusiastic reviews at a public screening during the On Screen session of the Busan International Film Festival.

In ‘Connect’, Jung Haein plays “Ha Dongsoo”, a new kind of eternal being known as Connect, who is abducted by a group of organ collectors who want to steal his eyes. Dongsoo is able to flee after waking up on an operating table midway through the procedure and retaining one eye. He quickly learns that his missing eye, which is now being used by a serial killer who has been terrifying Seoul’s citizens, still allows him to see. Dongsoo is adamant about finding the murderer and will do all it takes to make one for what was taken.

Ko Kyungpyo (Reply 1988, Seoul Vibe, Chicago Typewriter) portrays serial murderer “Oh Jinseop” in Miike Takashi’s (Audition, Ichi the Killer, Gozu) new film ‘Connect’, which also stars Kim Hyejun (Kingdom, Inspector Koo, Matrimonial Chaos) as the enigmatic “Irang”.

Strong parental restrictions guarantee that Disney+ continues to be a family-friendly watching option. To give parents and guardians piece of mind, subscribers can block access to mature content and create PIN-protected profiles in addition to the already existing Kids Profiles.
